Terms and Conditions

Please be aware that Chaz Lodge is located approximately three miles from the nearest roadway and accessible via boat only. Guests are required to be in good health and sound medical condition prior to and during their trip. Chaz Lodge must be made aware of every guest's personal special medical and/or dietary requirements prior to the trip.

Reservations require a 50% deposit. If you use the online form below, you'll be given the option to make a deposit using PayPal. It's safe and secure. If you would rather make your reservation over the phone, please call us at (813) 310-2521.

Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before your anticipated arrival. Between 7 and 14 days is a 25% surcharge (of entire balance due) and cancellations less than 7 days is forfeiture of entire deposit. Balance due for lodging must be upon arrival.

Payment is accepted by personal check, money order, cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.

The right is reserved by Chaz Lodge to cancel or alter any itinerary as current conditions require. In the event it is necessary for us (Chaz Lodge) to cancel the trip due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule a visit to Chaz Lodge within three months of original date. Should you have to spend an additional night due to weather, you will be responsible for lodging and meal costs.

Pricing

Our recommended group size is 8 to 12 people for three nights. If you have less than 8 or more than 12 or if you would like to stay for more than 6 nights, we may be able to accommodate your group.

Our lodging rates are all-inclusive and feature:

  • Deluxe bunk-style accommodations at Chaz Lodge situated at the edge of the Chassahowitzka River
  • Three hearty delicious cooked meals daily with mid-day snacks
  • Arrangement for professionally guided on-shore and off-shore fishing trips (additional charges apply)
  • Arrangements for guided hunting (within season, additional charges apply)
  • Boat transportation from and to Chassahowitzka River Campground
  • Use of two canoes
  • Use of private shooting range
  • Daily maid service
